I started my career hustling at one of those mall cell phone kiosks – yeah, the ones everyone pretends not to see. Believe it or not, those little kiosks were part of a $500M business. Impressive, right? Until you realized they’d sell their own mother (and mine) to hit their numbers. It didn’t sit well with me.

So I thought, “Alright, the bigger the company, the better the systems, right?”
